Nusrat Ghani, Minister of State for Industry and Economic Security at the Department of Business & Trade and as the Minister of State for the Investment Security Unit at the Cabinet Office, has attended the The annual Three Seas Initiative Summit and Business Forum hosted by Romania to promote expertise of UK businesses across the thirteen member states of the initiative, explore opportunities for unlocking fresh opportunities for UK firms in Romania and to discuss industrial infrastructure, energy and economic security in the region.
As the Minister leading UK action on Ukraine Reconstruction, Nusrat led discussions with the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine on supporting the infrastructure, energy and digital objectives of the Three Seas Europe Initiative and how UK businesses are supporting the development of critical infrastructure projects in transport, energy and digital networks to help Ukraine rebuild.
