Report launch

Nusrat Ghani, MP for Wealden, was pleased to attend the launch of our ground-breaking research Broken Ladders: The Myth of Meritocracy in the Workplace for Women of Colour hosted by Claire Coutinho MP.

Broken Ladders is the first report of its kind to focus explicitly on the experiences and perspectives of women of colour in the workplace. It provides an in-depth exploration of the challenges facing women of colour from entry level to senior leadership, across all sectors and in all types of organisations and institutions.

In writing this report, over 2,000 women of colour were engaged, at all stages of their career journey and our recommendations for change are largely based on their experiences.

The full report can be accessed here.
