Nusrat Ghani, MP for Wealden, was pleased to meet with representatives from Post Office at the Conservative party Conference in Birmingham to advocate for Wealden services and to see how the Post Office mobile branch operates.
Nusrat Ghani said: "The Post Office provides vital services to local residents and they are especially key in rural constituencies such as Wealden. They form the heart of so many local communities, with many people relying on their local branch in order to access important services. I have worked with several communities across Wealden to keep our Post Office branches open and I have previously successfully fought for three Post Office services that were under threat of closure to remain open. I am pleased to have caught up with Post Office representatives to advocate for more Wealden services."
