Nusrat Ghani, MP for Wealden, was elected as Officer of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Race Equality in Education, whose aim is to support children and students from ethnic minority backgrounds, to enhance educational environments, and to increase racial diversity in teaching across the UK.
