Nusrat Ghani said: "I was delighted to be part of this year's Arab Women’s Summit, which is a one-day conference promoting the excellence of women in the UK and the Middle East and looking at opening up opportunities for women, advancing healthcare equity and nurturing next generation of talent. It was great to connect with women that are leaders in academia as well as many industries including construction, science, technology and design, and to share our experiences. It was also an honour to present the Arab Women of the Year Awards which was a celebration of incredible women and the inspiring work they do for their communities as well as to empower the generation of young girls."
