Following the recent rally against the closure of Crowborough Birthing Unit, which saw over 200 local mum and residents come together, Nusrat Ghani, MP for Sussex Weald continues to encourage local mums to join the fight and sign the petition to show to the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust how needed and valued the service is by local communities.

Nusrat Ghani said: "The Crowborough Birthing Centre remains closed and we still lack real answers from the MTW Trust❗️

Mums and mums to be, I need you 🫵🏽.

Please sign my petition to send a message to MTW NHS Trust that there are women who would use the Birthing Centre but can’t.

Join the fight to save the Centre and sign the petition here: www.nusghani.org.uk/birthingcentre.”
