Nusrat Ghani, MP for Wealden, asked the Exchequer Secretary Helen Whately, about the Treasury's plans to hike tax on wine and invited her to Wealden to speak face to face to local vineyards about plans to introduce more red tape, by increasing 3 rates of duty to 27 and about the impact this would have on the industry.
