Nus Ghani, MP for Wealden, is delighted to open Flowers by Maybugs, a new business in Hailsham.

John Dale and Greg Rose, the couple behind the highly successful Gift and Homewares shop Maybugs which opened in Hailsham Vicarage Field in October 2018, have been planning this expansion for over a year now. This morning, they officially opened the doors of their contemporary florist, which is located in Vicarage Field Hailsham, right next door to their existing gift shop.

Flowers by Maybugs is not an ordinary florist. They source the most beautiful and fresh flowers locally, as well as from around the world, and arrange them into gorgeous displays using the latest styles and techniques. A wide selection of silk and dried flowers is also available to purchase. Whether you are planning a wedding or just want a little bunch to brighten up your kitchen, Flowers by Maybugs can help. Flowers can also be delivered to anywhere in the country the very next day. All local deliveries are carried out by the Maybugs team, and a specialist next-day flower courier is used for deliveries nationwide.

Flowers by Maybugs is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm. You can order in-store, online via the website www.maybugs.co.uk, or over the phone at 01323 841 037.

Nus Ghani said: “I am delighted to see such a lovely a new business opening at the heart of Hailsham. John and Greg have done an amazing job and their flowers are fresh and locally sourced. They cater for all kinds of events, from weddings and parties to sympathy tributes. I wish Flowers by Maybugs the very best of luck and I would highly recommend visiting them if you need beautiful bouquets for all kinds of occasions.”
