Nusrat Ghani said: "I was asked by Crowborough women and Cadet families to come and join them on the march to highlight the impact on our community and Air & Army Cadets. The Home Office are yet to evidence how has the site been made safe, legal and compliant.
The majority of people attending the march are locals who are feeling blindsided and ignored by the Home Office and Wealden District Council LibDem and Green couch councillors who are missing in action locally and won't meet local residents. They won't even represent locals by taking legal action against the Home Office to stop this.
I’m grateful for the work that has been done by local Cllrs Andrew Wilson and Cllr Michael Lunn in the absence of any action from WDC. Thank you to Crowborough Shield for continuing to fundraise for legal action. You can support them here: http://www.crowdjustice.com/case/crowborough-says-no/...
