Nusrat Ghani, MP for Wealden, spoke to Radio 4's Today programme to discuss the horrific situation facing Afghan women and girls under the Taliban. She explained that her and her team had been working with a female Afghan MP for days trying to evacuate her and her family from Kabul. Nusrat went on to say that the international community must work together and get these women out of the country, as they face brutalisation under the Taliban.
