It’s a new year but I’m still fighting the Home Office on behalf of our community.
Earlier today I wrote to the Asylum Minister, Alex Norris MP to ask for a further update on their plans and to find out what has caused the delays in implementing their plans. These delays give us reason for concern that the site isn’t safe, legal, or compliant.
I have also been in contact with the MOD and received a positive response before Christmas stating that they have found a possible site in Crowborough for our cadets. I will keep pressing them and hope for a response soon on a specific location.
