Nus Ghani is delighted to announce that the Arlington Bluebell Walk & Farm Trails made it to the final of the Countryside Alliance Awards, also known as the Rural Oscars.
The awards are the Countryside Alliance's annual celebration of British food and farming, enterprise and heritage through our small hard-working businesses. The Rural Oscars are now in their fifteenth year and have become the definitive rural business award to win.
The awards are set apart from other award schemes because they are driven by public nomination, offering customers the chance to explain why their favourite businesses are worthy of national acclaim. The Rural Oscars received over 18,000 nominations this year, so the Arlington Bluebell Walk & Farm Trails have done extremely well to reach the regional final.
Nus Ghani commented:
‘The Countryside Alliance Awards celebrate those businesses that go the
extra mile and are the cornerstone of our rural communities. Arlington Bluebell Walk & Farm Trails have shown that reaching the regional finals is a testament to the hard work and service they provide to their community. I will be following their progress with pride and will be championing their success.’
‘I shall continue to promote and support Wealden’s thriving rural businesses and attractions. They are part of this wonderful constituency’s DNA, providing employment opportunities for local people and cementing the communities around them.’
