Wealden MP Nus Ghani hosted a group of primary school pupils from Rotherfield Primary School in Parliament.
The group, who were visiting as part of a trip to London, were given a tour of Parliament followed by a questions and answers session with Nus Ghani.
Nus Ghani, MP for Wealden, said: “Welcoming schools from Wealden to Parliament is one of the most enjoyable parts of being an MP.
“It’s wonderful to see so much enthusiasm and excitement from the group of Rotherfield kids. I’d like to extend my thanks to the teachers for their hard work in organising the visit.
“I really enjoyed chatting to them and showing them my place of work, hopefully they were inspired by the unique and historic surroundings of Parliament.
I invite all schools across Wealden to visit my place of work – do get in touch if you are interested in visiting Parliament.”
