More than 500 Ukrainian refugees are expected to be homed in Wealden, according to Wealden MP Nusrat Ghani.
Wealden MP Nus Ghani said this is more than any district in East Sussex and twice as many as in any other constituency in the county.

Nusrat Ghani, MP for Wealden, has welcomed the news that the first hundred Ukrainian refugees have now arrived in Wealden under the Homes for Ukraine scheme.
According to latest figures, more than 200 Ukrainian refugees have now arrived in East Sussex, with 106 in Wealden.
